Story: Five years ago Carl Johnson (CJ) escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the deakers and the gang bangers. Back in the ghetto CJ returns because his mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are heading towards disaster. On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced back into the game, as his journey takes him acroos the entire state of San Andreas, to save his gamily and to take control of the streets. But it won't be that easy CJ needs his friends to help him take over. Together they will put there gang back on the street and rid of the all the ballers, drug dealers, hookers once and for all, doing it through crime.

Graphics: Only one word can describe how I feel about these graphics and that word is Amazed! Rockstar out did themselves this time as I was amazed how detailed every character in the game was made, from the ballers, to the drug dealers they were all so different and you knew which person was part of your gang and which one was a enemie. One thing I have to say from previous games of Grand Theft Auto they have improved greatly.

Sound: Sound was great what can I say they fixed all the problems of the previous games you now here people screaming, gun shots being fired, mute ped glitch was a common problem in previous games. One where after 10 minutes of playing, you'll find that as you walk down the streets of Vice City... No one says a word. For even holding up someone, there is not a peep out of'em. Not even a scream as you gun down a police officer. This glitch was fixed and removed from San Andreas. The radio stations were really well done and it fit the scenario of the game, most of the music was old school gangster rap but were in 1992 and those were popular tracks back then. One thing though I must add is the voice actiong was done well but could exagerate the race of black people and gangsters, simply put my friends and I don't talk like that and we come from all different races.

Game Play: Although San Andreas brought some similarities from Vice City, it did do violence quiet differently! I am talking about drive bys the true way of gangsters all across the world! What I really liked about the game was the transportation, you can ride cars, low riders, motor cycles, bmx's, and many other vechiles! Also another added feature which almsot makes this game an rpg is characters must stay fit, if your character doesn't work out and eats too much he becomes fat and losses energy. I also have to add you can now swim thats right you won't die any more in the older games GTA 3 and Vice City you would die if you went in the water simply no more! In San Andreas money isn't everything, when you complete your missions 90% of the time you gain respect and your rewarded little money.

Overall: This has to be one of my most favourite Grand Theft Auto games ever, I have played them all and nothing compares to this game. It's well worth to buy than rent with over 60 hours of game play you truely want to own this game to get your money's worth of it. I also suggest buying the guide or getting a faq off the net with so many secrets many things can be missed and you don't want to miss anything don't you? So in conclussion go out and buy this game its well worth the cash!
