Xenosaga Episode II - Introduction

A short while after the Proto Merkabah insident in Xenosaga Ep. 1, the party discovers that MOMO has mysterious Y data encrypted into her. To get this data scanned they must go to Second Miltia, and also, have a drop by at Shion's home. The with the scan for the Y data and the sibling conflicts between Shion and Jin at hand, what else can go wrong? Nothing. However the search for the Zohar is not complete, and they have that to worry about as well. What will happen next?!
