When you first arrive at the Trading Town of Peterny before you meet Ameena you can go into The Front Door Luxury Inn and find a young rabbit in one of the rooms in the back. After speaking to him you find out that he plans on setting up show right here in this town. Now you can only buy from him twice after he sets up shop so you better make these count. So if you keep him there and don't talk to him til much later on in the game he'll have some of the best equipment for sale so as always the choice is up to you.

After getting to Aquios for the first time you can visit two merchants named Ruddle and Rumina in the guest room inside of the Front Door Inn. The two benefits from helping these two out are that you can gain the Blueprints, necessary for repairing the Greeton Mechanical Unit outside of the Elder's House in the City of Surfiero. The second being a shop they will open up if you give them all the right directions.

The First time you meet them in the Town of Peterny they are trying to get is Kirlsa. They give you four options, pick the third: Kirlsa lies south of Peterny.

The second time you run into them is in the town of Arias in the Dozing Inn Lobby. They went south but not far enough. This time send them to Kirlsa through the north or south west gates.

The last time you run into them is in Airyglyph, because they went too far. Send them back to Kirlsa.

They set up shop in the Iron Stomach Tavern and are willing to sell you Blueprints for 500 FOL. Later on in the game they move to Aquios in a house in the northwest side of town.
