Star Ocean 2 - Skill Guide

As each character gains a level they gain a certain amount of skill points, usually the amount is reflected by what level they have reached. These skill points can be used to learn certain abilities. These abilities can be bought at the Skill Guilds scattered throughout the game. After you learn a certain group of skills you learn specialties. Specialties let characters use their talents to create items. After each character learsn certain specialties then they like Super Specialty abilities, which make items that revolve around the whole party.
